Questions
What is the difference between The Spotlight and The Pro?
Both give you the full portfolio: training, experience, choreography, awards, season planner, bio and a shareable link. The Pro adds more room to show your work: 8 feature videos (up to 7 minutes each) instead of 1, more skills clips and photos, longer clip lengths, a downloadable resume PDF for recruiters and agencies, and printable PDF reports of your full record.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, always, on any plan. Download your full portfolio as spreadsheets (CSV) or a single data file whenever you like, for free. The Pro adds polished printable PDF reports of your complete record.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between The Spotlight and The Pro at any time from your billing portal. Anything you upload on The Pro is kept safe if you move to The Spotlight, and it reappears if you move back up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal whenever you like. Your portfolio stays active through the end of the paid year.
What happens to my portfolio if I do not renew?
Your data is kept safe for up to one year, but the link and account access pause until you resubscribe. Resubscribe within 12 months and everything is waiting. If the original link was taken in the meantime, a new one can be chosen.
